Electricity rates for residents of Moldova rose by 23.65% over the past year

Over the past year, rates for a number of key services in Moldova have changed significantly: this has had the greatest impact on electricity, transportation, and certain utility bills. New inflation data show how the cost of basic services changed in August and which items, conversely, became cheaper on a year-over-year basis.
