ANRE rejected allegations that the euro exchange rate was artificially inflated when calculating the new gas tariff, which allegedly placed an additional burden on consumers. The regulator stated that the calculations are based on the current methodology, and that the exchange rate used will subsequently be adjusted based on actual data, without generating additional revenue for the supplier.
