The budget of Chisinau municipality for 2022 is planned to be adjusted, increasing its revenue and expenditure parts by 7.92 million lei.
This is provided for by a draft decision of the municipal council, which is to be approved this week. In particular, the revenue part of the budget will be increased by 5.5 million lei as part of the proceeds from the National Environmental Agency for the implementation of the project for composting plant residues and recycling construction waste, and by 2.39 million lei in the form of a donation from the Bucharest City Hall to complete the project renovation of Alunelul Capital Park. The project also provides for the adjustment and redistribution of the expenditure part of the budget: 2.5 million lei, intended for the renovation of the building of the Department of Culture, will be redirected to the renovation of the Art School named after A. Stircea and the Music School named after E. Doga, as well as the purchase of new musical instruments for these and two other institutions; 1.28 million lei, planned for asphalting the alleys of the capital's Arboretum, will be used to cover the increased costs of maintaining and improving the park due to rising prices and wages in the real sector; 0.7 million lei will be redirected to the repair of 2 kindergartens and the construction of 1 kindergarten, etc. It should be noted that according to the previously approved budget of Chisinau for 2022, its revenues are planned in the amount of 5.42 billion lei, expenses - 6.6 billion lei, deficit - 1.1 billion lei. //20.04.2022 — InfoMarket.
