
Cash receipts in the banking system of Moldova for 9 months 2020, compared to the same period in 2019, decreased by 9.2% - to 81.93 billion lei.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, presenting data from the National Bank of Moldova on the volume of cash transactions in the banking system of Moldova, in particular, in January-September 2020, compared to the same period of the previous year, receipts from enterprises providing transport services decreased by 56.3% - to 487 million lei, receipts of taxes and duties decreased by 32.6% - to 1 billion 278 million lei. Receipts of proceeds from the sale of foreign currency to individuals decreased by 36.2% - to 3 billion 204 million lei, receipts of rent and utility payments decreased by 22.4% - to 2 billion 188 million lei. Receipts of proceeds from companies providing other services decreased by 20.7% - to 5 billion 741 million lei. Receipts of trade proceeds from the sale of goods, regardless of the channels of their sale, decreased by 5.1% - to 51 billion 739 million lei.
