The program provides for the verification and analysis of existing cadastral documentation, as well as the registration of apartment buildings as condominiums. This will create more favorable conditions for the maintenance of the housing stock and encourage owners to actively participate in the management of buildings and common areas, following the model used in EU countries. Currently, about 12,600 apartment buildings are listed in documents as the property of the state or local public authorities, despite the fact that the apartments in these buildings are privately owned.
