The Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE) has launched two interactive tools to monitor Moldova's progress in the EU accession process

These tools, EU Tracker and MD Progress, are based on the European Commission's annual assessments and allow for tracking progress over the period 2023–2025. EU Tracker displays the level of readiness for Moldova across 33 chapters of European regulations, grouped into six negotiating clusters, as well as political and economic accession criteria. Currently, the average progress rate is approximately 46%, with the most significant results achieved in the areas of competitiveness, internal market, and external relations. MD Progress summarizes the European Commission's 116 key recommendations, divided into 40 areas and included in the 2025 report. These recommendations are to be implemented and monitored by September, with subsequent assessment in the Commission's next report, to be presented in the fall. The tool allows to filter recommendations by level of implementation (partially, mostly not implemented), and navigate by area—from justice and anti-corruption to energy, agriculture, and foreign policy. // 08.04.2026 – InfoMarket.
