ANRE approved amendments to the Regulation on the Commissioning of Electrical Installations, including optimization and digitization of the process of commissioning power plants from renewable energy sources.
According to the decision of the Management Board of the National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE), the amendments will simplify the process of commissioning of power plants using renewable energy sources in case of individual residences with installed capacity not exceeding the contractual power consumption and reduce by 10 working days the period of adjustment and commissioning of power plants by eliminating the need to obtain a certificate of compliance, issued by the agency. Also, in order to optimize and digitize the process of accepting applications for a certificate of conformity and examination of technical documentation, an electronic platform is to be developed and implemented, which will provide applicants with the ability to submit applications and subsequently receive the certificate online.
