Direct public debt to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - decreased by 0.1% - from $120.17 million to $120.04 million, to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) , which is part of the WB group, increased by 4.5% - from $111.93 million to $116.99 million.
