
Moldovan authorities have submitted the Final Draft Government Action Plan 2021-2022 for public consultations.
The State Chancellery has prepared a draft government decree on the approval of the Government's Action Plan for 2021-2022, drawn up taking into account proposals received from ministries and departments, business associations, etc. The draft document formulates key goals and indicators to be achieved by the end of 2022, while taking into account the obligations undertaken by the Moldovan authorities under the Agreement with the EU, for 26 priority areas: good governance; digital conversion; justice and anti-corruption; economics and entrepreneurship; communications infrastructure; transport; construction; energy; health; work; social protection; demography and equality of chances between women and men; public finance; agriculture and rural development; environmental protection; public administration and local government autonomy; education and research; youth and sports; culture; free media; Diaspora politics; interethnic relations; foreign policy; internal affairs; security and defense; reintegration of Moldova. As a reminder, extended consultations on the project were held from September 3 to September 9: 17 meetings were organized with representatives of business, civil society, ministries, local authorities, at which each direction of the Action Plan was discussed. During the public consultations, there were identified the most necessary, effective and sustainable measures and public policies that could contribute to the implementation of the development goals enshrined in the Government's Action Program “Good Times Moldova”. In total, about 600 proposals were received; some of them are reflected in the updated draft document.
