Since the beginning of the year, customs revenues have totaled 11.1 billion lei, which is 2.8% higher than the target set for this period. According to the Customs Service, over the past week, from April 6 to 13, approximately 2.8% (26.2 million lei) of the total amount came from individuals who imported goods into Moldova in excess of the tax-free limits. Customs officials processed over 11,300 declarations, and vehicles crossed the state border 73,000 times.
