As reported to InfoMarket by the Ministry of Finance, in particular, for the first nine months of 2025, net external financing reached a positive value of $201.91 million, as the volume of new loans received in January-September amounted to $601 million and exceeded payments on the principal amount of external debt for the same period ($399.75 million).
