This was discussed during hearings organized by the Parliamentary Committee on European Integration regarding the status of Moldova’s fulfillment of commitments undertaken under the National Program for EU Accession for 2025–2029, specifically Chapter 6 “Corporate Law,” overseen by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization in cooperation with other relevant agencies.
