President of the European Commission made this statement following the 2nd EU-Moldova Summit held in Brussels. According to her, much has changed since the first summit, which took place a year ago in Chisinau. Moldova has joined the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), which has significantly accelerated and reduced the cost of euro transactions between the EU and Moldova—a positive development for both businesses and citizens.
