The Entrepreneurship Development Organization (ODA) has launched a test version of the digital platform "Entrepreneur's Cabinet" for simplified access to financing opportunities and support services

The Entrepreneurship Development Organization (ODA) announced that it has launched a test version of the Entrepreneur's Cabinet (e-cabinet.oda.md) for the business community. This digital platform is designed to simplify access to the institution's financing programs and support services. This initiative was developed with the support of the Swiss government as part of the OPTIM project implemented by Helvetas Moldova. This platform automatically verifies eligibility for competitions and reduces application processing time from eight to three business days, helping to digitize and optimize interactions between entrepreneurs and the ODA. During the test period, the e-cabinet.oda.md platform is being used to test functionality and operational flows. Information entered by users will be processed solely for testing purposes, without any administrative evaluation or funding procedures. ODA Director Vadim Codreanu emphasized that the launch of the platform marks another step in the digital transformation of business services. "By simplifying processes and automating compliance checks, we provide entrepreneurs with faster, more transparent, and more efficient access to support programs and financing opportunities," said Vadim Codreanu. Meanwhile, Cristina Butuleac, OPTIM project's Digitalization and Access to Finance Manager, emphasized the importance of financial digitalization, emphasizing that it brings entrepreneurs closer to financing tools. "By automating compliance checks and facilitating real-time data exchange, the Entrepreneur's Cabinet creates a standardized model that transforms the way financial support is provided to businesses. The new functionality will help expand access to finance and improve the efficiency of funds allocated to entrepreneurs," said Cristina Butuleac. Entrepreneurs will now be able to submit financing applications much more quickly, as some information will be automatically retrieved from state registries. This will reduce the time it takes to complete and process applications, facilitate access to funding, and reduce the risk of errors in the data entry process, helping to increase the speed of application approval. // 20.07.2026 — InfoMarket
