In particular, Energy Minister Dorin Junghietu will participate in the 30th Economist Government Roundtable, organized by the Economist Group in Athens—one of the most prestigious international forums dedicated to dialogue on geopolitics, economics, and energy security. According to the Ministry of Energy, this year’s anniversary session will bring together heads of state and government, ministers, and leaders of European institutions and international organizations. High-ranking European and international figures are expected to attend the event. During a panel discussion on the potential of Southeast Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean as regional energy hubs, Energy Minister Dorin Junghietu will present Moldova’s progress in strengthening energy security, developing interconnections with the European Union, and integrating into the European energy market.
