Moldovan Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu invited companies from Liechtenstein to enter the Moldovan market and invest in its economy
He made this statement at a meeting in Davos with Liechtenstein Prime Minister Brigitte Haas, with whom he discussed issues related to the development of a sustainable economic partnership. The participants discussed the benefits that a sustainable economic partnership could bring and the opportunities provided by the Free Trade Agreement with the European Free Trade Association, which came into force last year. At the same time, the advantages of investing in Moldova were highlighted, and Alexandru Munteanu invited Liechtenstein companies to enter our country's market. “We have talented people, a skilled workforce, industries with great development potential, and increasingly competitive entrepreneurs. These conditions allow us to build a sustainable economic partnership for the benefit of both sides,” said the Moldovan Prime Minister. At the meeting, the Prime Minister of Liechtenstein highly appreciated the efforts of the authorities to ensure the fairness of the parliamentary elections last fall and to combat disinformation, as well as Moldova's progress in the process of European integration. At the same time, Alexandru Munteanu expressed his gratitude for the assistance provided by the Liechtenstein Development Service (LED), thanks to which a number of projects in the field of education have been implemented or are in the process of being implemented. At the same time, opportunities for expanding the LED project portfolio were analyzed.
