The Moldovan authorities have a clear plan to ensure sustainable economic growth and transform the country into a reliable partner, open to investment and ready for full integration into the EU single market - Alexandru Munteanu
Prime Minister made this statement before the departure of his government delegation to Brussels, where they will discuss the Cabinet's priorities and new ways to quickly advance the necessary reforms with the help of the EU. Alexandru Munteanu noted that he will participate in the first forum on enlargement organized by European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos and will speak there about Moldova's accession to the EU as a joint investment in the stability, security, and prosperity of the entire European continent. At the European Business Summit, he will present our country's vision of how the authorities intend to turn Moldova into a reliable partner, open to investment and ready for full integration into the single European market. “We are going with three clear messages: Moldova is moving full speed ahead on the path to transformation into a European state; we have a clear plan to ensure sustainable economic growth; and through concrete and consistent actions, we are contributing to peace and security in the region,” said the Moldovan Prime Minister. He noted that on Tuesday he will have many meetings, including with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, European Council President António Costa, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas, and European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos. He also has a meeting scheduled with Romanian Members of the European Parliament, as well as his first meeting with the Moldovan diaspora. “Our message will be clear: Moldova has proved through concrete actions its ability and willingness to fulfill all the necessary commitments to become a European state and contribute to the European economy and security,” said Alexandru Munteanu. // 17.11.2025 — InfoMarket.
