This was stated by representatives of the Ministry of Finance during an online meeting with the Director of the European Department at the IMF Alfred Kammer. The event took place as part of the spring meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group. According to the financial department, during the online meeting, the parties discussed the evolution of Moldova in the fight against COVID-19, including the prospects for vaccination of the population. They also discussed the budgetary situation in the context of political uncertainty and the sustainability of financing the state budget deficit.
