Moldova and Ukraine will sign a new intergovernmental agreement on air communication between countries to liberalize the air transportation market.
Thus, the Cabinet of Ministers of Moldova approved the conclusion of this document with the Ukrainian side. The place and date of its signing will be coordinated through diplomatic channels. As InfoMarket agency informed earlier, the new intergovernmental agreement on air communication between Moldova and Ukraine will replace a similar document signed on March 20, 1993. The new agreement will contain the principles of air transportation liberalization that meet the modern trends and recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization. It refers to an increase in the number of airlines that will carry cargo and passenger transportation between countries. At the end of last year, Moldova and Ukraine finalized the text of a new Intergovernmental Agreement on air services between the countries, which would provide for the complete removal of existing restrictions and will lead to liberalization of air services between the countries. // 11/01/2018 — InfoMarket.
