The State Tax Service calls upon taxpayers to fulfill their obligations in time to declare and pay income tax, otherwise they will be charged a fine. It is noted that for individual entrepreneurs in accordance with the current legislation, for the first stage of the tax period of 2018, the income tax will be 7% of the taxable income in the amount of up to 24 thousand 750 lei and, accordingly, 18% of the taxable income over this amount. For the second stage of the 2018 tax period, the income tax will be 12% of the total taxable income received. For peasant households, the tax will be 7% and will be applied at both stages in 2018, and for taxpayers working in the justice sector, the income tax will be 18%.
