According to the decision of the NCFM administrative board, non-bank credit organizations are included in the list of payments for operation, paid annually by professional participants of the non-bank financial market. From October 1, they will pay 0.1% of the average annual value of the balance of non-bank loans and financial leasing, but not less than 5 thousand lei. Along with loan and savings associations and credit history bureaus, non-bank credit institutions will make payments quarterly, until the 25th of the month following the quarter. Currently, regulatory payments for operation are charged to trust management investments (0.1% of the average annual value of net assets transferred to management of the trustee), insurance companies (0.5% of gross premiums accrued), insurance and / or reinsurance intermediaries (0.5% of commissions received), savings and loan associations (from 0.7% to 1% of the average annual value of assets, depending on the size of assets). //14.09.2018 - InfoMarket.
