The Government approved the Regulation on the procedure for payment from the state budget of compensations to families with children for preferential housing purchase under the Prima Casă program.
It refers to the introduction of the so-called new program Prima Casă-3. According to the approved document, families with 1 child who received a mortgage loan under the Prima Casă program will receive financial assistance from the state in the amount of 10% of the loan amount, families with 2 children - 25%, from 3 - 50% and for families with 4 children, the state compensates for 100% interest on the loan. It is envisaged that after the birth of another child, the participants of the program will be able to apply for compensation from the state on new terms, taking into account the expansion of the family. At the same time, when one of the children reaches adulthood, the state can reconsider the amount of financial assistance. The regulations describe procedures for calculating the amount of compensation, applying for compensation, the rules for reviewing and approving the application, as well as reviewing and terminating the provision of compensation. To implement the state program Prima Casă-3 in 2018, from the state budget will be used 20 million lei. Premier Pavel Filip noted that the program Prima Casă-3 will be used by the participants of the program Prima Casă-1 and 2, which will stimulate the birth rate, leading to the fact that young people will remain in the country, work in the public sector and other areas. According to the Prime Minister, depending on the financial possibilities, the programs of Prima Casă-4 and 5 can be introduced to provide preferential conditions for purchasing housing to other categories of citizens. //01.08.2018 - InfoMarket.
