Five banks participate in the Prima Casă program: Moldova Agroindbank, Moldindconbank, Victoriabank, Mobiasbancă-OTP Group and Eximbank. The Prima Casă program was launched on March 26, 2018. Currently, compensation from the state budget is provided to employees of public bodies / public institutions, funded entirely from budgets that are components of the national public budget; public health facilities; state universities operating on the basis of financial autonomy. From June 1, 2019, private sector workers can also participate in the Prima Casă program (4). As InfoMarket reported previously, the Ministry of Finance proposes to maintain at the current level the maximum margin (2%) applied in 2019 for loans guaranteed by the state under the Prima Casa program. The maximum margin, according to the provision on the implementation of the program, limits banks in increasing the interest on the loan during one budget year. //26.12.2019 - InfoMarket.
