The 2018-revenues from privatization in Moldova amounted to 366.03 million lei, increasing 2.2 times against the 2017 (166.4 million lei)

As a result, 19 properties were privatized. Among them are state-owned stakes in 5 joint-stock companies - Drumuri-Bălți (96.53%, Balti); Gara Nord (85%, Chisinau); Natur-Telecon (16.96%, village of Negureni, Telenesti district); Fabrica de produse lactate din Nisporeni (19.7%, Nisporeni) and Basarabia-Nord (0.07%, Balti); common property complexes of 7 state-owned enterprises located in Chisinau - Vestmoldtransgaz; Centrul Tehnic Pentru Securitate Industrială şi Certificare; Air Moldova; State enterprise for repair of energy equipment Energoreparații; State catering business Crizantema; Știința recreation center and motor depot of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova; and also 7 complexes of property and real estate - a complex of real estate (village of Cornesti, Ungheni district); real estate complex (village of Moscovei, Cahul district); and also located on the Calea Orheiului street, 127 in Chisinau, building-tank (60 square meters); pumping station (99 square meters); structure-metal warehouse (558.6 sq. m.); construction- treatment facilities (184.2 sq. m.) and building-treatment facilities (43.5 sq. m.). Last year, as a public partner, the Public Property Agency signed 3 public-private partnership agreements (PPPs), feasibility studies for 5 PPP projects were agreed upon; the central public administration authorities submitted and monitored 45 PPP agreements and concessions registered in the Public Property Register. As a result, in 2018, privatization revenues amounting to 366 million 035.5 thousand lei were transferred to the state budget, which is 2.2 times more than in 2017.
