At least 50% of store shelves will be intended for products manufactured / processed in Moldova.
This is envisaged by amendments to the Internal Trade Act and the Code of Contraventions passed by Parliament, which establish new conditions for internal trade. In addition, taking into account the legislation of other states, it is proposed to limit the trade discount for food products in Moldova (no more than 10%) in order to balance the negotiating positions of the contracting parties. With regard to the date of payment of invoices, it was decided to set different deadlines, depending on the rotation of sales of products based on their shelf life (final consumption / minimum shelf life) - 7, 30 and 45 calendar days. // 07.12.2020 - InfoMarket.
